She has a younger brother named Dylan. An event in her hometown caused the Federal Bureau of Control to come in and cover the whole dimensional event up, claiming it to be an industrial accident. Jesse has spent her whole life (since age 11) looking for them and her missing brother Dylan.
- She has become the Director of the FBC (the youngest one ever), and is working on reforming the way it operates. While they st ill investigate spooky dimensional things, she is more open about making alliances and letting the world know what is going on. ESPECIALLY WITH the DC Universe now being aware of aliens thanks to Superman vs Zodd. The FBC remains out of public knowledge but can be known by the heroes/villain groups.
